SAN FABIAN, Pangasinan - In collaboration with the Registry of Deeds, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources-Region I thru Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office (PENRO) Pangasinan and the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Central Pangasinan, awarded twenty-three (23) land titles to the residents of San Fabian during the “Handog Titulo Program” on September 14, 2023 at Conference Room, Municipal Hall, San Fabian, Pangasinan.

OIC, Assistant Regional Director for Management Services Engr. Raymundo C. Gayo, who represented Regional Executive Director Atty. Crizaldy M. Barcelo, expressed his gratitude to the beneficiaries and encouraged everyone to support the program of the agency. He (ARD Gayo) also explained in detail how free patent titles are processed. San Fabian Municipal Mayor Marlyn Agbayani, together with Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Officer (MENRO) Tony Supremido thanked the DENR and the ROD for their unwavering efforts in facilitating the process which aims to hasten equitable opportunities towards changing the lives of the people.

Present during the awarding ceremony were PENRO Pangasinan Technical Services Division Chief Marlyn Banda, who represented PENR Officer of Pangasinan For. Raymond Rivera, CENR Officer of Central Pangasinan Engr. Noriel G. Nisperos, and personnel from the Land Bank of the Philippines – Dagupan Branch, Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), Pag-IBIG Dagupan Branch, and the Assessor’s Office of San Fabian.

The activity is part of the 122^nd founding anniversary of the Land Management Bureau (LMB) on September 02 and the Handog Titulo Month in compliance with DENR Memorandum Circular No. 2019-04 or the Conduct of Nationwide Handog Titulo Program every September in Celebration of Lands Anniversary.
