North Cluster and portion of the South Cluster -mountainous and generally rugged terrain.  Elevation ranges from 100 to 2922 meters above sea level (masl)

Central cluster (east and west) and portion of South cluster forming the Pangasinan Plains are relatively flat.  Elevation is less than 100 masl.
