PENROs and CENROs presented their respective accomplishment reports on agricultural, residential, patrimonial, draft permit/lease of contract, appraisal-re appraisal of foreshore and school sites. This is to cope up with the submitted 93% annual target in 2015 for residential free patent.

Among the agreements during the workshop included the fast tracking of issuance of survey authority and acceptance of Public Land Applications (PLAs)/ Free Patent Applications (FPAs) during the inspection of lots being subdivided; identification of potential for Public Land Survey (PLS) and residential lots for subdivision survey and request for issuance of Survey Order; acceptance of Agricultural Free Patents in their respective administrative/territorial jurisdiction; and for Technical Division/LMO IIIs to conduct quarterly, monthly and weekly assessment.
