1. Duly accomplished application form
2. Comprehensive Research/Project Proposal
3. Institution’s Profile, if applicable
4. Endorsement from the Head of the Institution; or in the case of an individual researcher, from a recognized expert or a research institution or a conservation organization
5. Letter of Acceptance from Local Collaborators (For Foreign Researchers/Scientists)
