Central Office Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) through the General Appropriations Act of 2016 intends to apply the sum of SIXTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS AND 68/100 CENTAVOS (PhP16,741,588.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of janitorial services requirement of DENR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
